The Ether Fae is a curated natural gemstone jewellery brand founded by Gia, based in Pune, India. We source one-of-a-kind rings, pendants, earrings, ear cuffs, and macramé pieces from artisans and markets around the world.

The Ether Fae began with a single stone and a stubborn idea: that a piece of jewellery should be one thing, not one of a thousand.

One of each. Only ever one.

Every piece in this shop is unique. Not "limited edition" — literally one. When a ring sells, it is gone, and there is no second one waiting in a drawer.

That is not a marketing decision. It is what happens when you build a shop around stones instead of around moulds. We travel and search to find pieces like these — gathering natural gemstones and finished jewellery from makers and markets across the world, rather than producing to order. Each stone has its own colour, veining, flash and flaw, so no two pieces are ever quite the same.

What we work with

Real, natural gemstones. Labradorite, amethyst, moonstone, garnet, carnelian, rose quartz, turquoise, black tourmaline, aquamarine and more — raw, cabochon-cut, or left exactly as they came out of the earth. Never resin, never synthetic, never dyed to match.

Brass and white metal. The metalwork on our rings, earrings, pendants, cuffs, and the beadwork on our macramé pieces, is crafted from a brass and white metal alloy. None of it is sterling silver or fine gold, and we want that to be completely clear before you buy.

Within that one material, you'll see a few different finishes, and our listings tell you which one you're looking at:

• Silver tone — a cooler, brighter finish. This is the default look unless a listing says otherwise.
• Brass tone or gold tone — a warmer, more aged finish with a golden patina.
• Oxidised or clay tone — a deliberately darkened, antique finish.

These are all the same alloy — just finished differently piece to piece. Where it matters, each product description names the finish so there's no guessing.

Macramé detailing. Some of our chokers, necklaces and anklets are finished with knotted macramé worked around the stone, with brass and white metal beadwork worked in.

Sourced, not mass-produced

We don't run a workshop and we don't make these pieces ourselves. The Ether Fae collects them — from artisans, makers, and markets around the world — and brings them here, to you. That means pieces come from different places in small quantities, and once a piece sells, we usually can't get another exactly like it.

Fit note: only rings whose listing title says "adjustable" have an adjustable band. If a ring's title doesn't mention it, assume it's a fixed size — check the listing before you order if fit matters to you.

If something catches your eye, it is worth knowing there is no restock coming. There is just this one.
