Shipping
Every piece is made and dispatched from India. Because each item is one of a kind and made by hand, please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be packed and shipped.
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email. Delivery timelines vary by location:
- Within India: typically 4–8 business days after dispatch.
- International: timelines vary by destination and customs; an estimate will be shown at checkout where available.
Any customs duties or import taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges & Returns
Every piece at The Ether Fae is one of a kind, gathered and made by hand — so our policy is a little different from a mass-produced shop, and we ask you to read it before ordering.
You have 7 days from receiving your order to request an exchange or, in the case of damage, a refund.
Fit issues
If a ring or piece doesn't fit, we'll happily exchange it for another similar piece of equal value. As every piece is unique, the exchange will be for a different piece of similar style and value — not an identical replacement, since no two are the same. The piece should be unworn (beyond trying on for fit) and in original condition.
Damaged, broken or spoilt on arrival
If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, you may choose either a replacement/exchange for a similar piece, or a refund for that item. Email us within 7 days with a clear photo of the damage and we'll make it right.
Please note
Outside of fit issues and damage, we do not offer returns or refunds — because each piece is the only one of its kind. We appreciate your understanding; it's the nature of one-of-one, handmade work.
How to request
Email giakukreja006@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the piece (and of any damage). We'll guide you from there. Return shipping is arranged with you over email.
