A slice of blue agate held in white metal claws, cut straight through the stone so the hollow at its heart is exposed — a pocket of raw quartz crystals still growing inward.

The banding rings the druzy centre in deepening blues, the way a tide line marks a rock pool.

Agate is traditionally regarded as a grounding, steadying stone. Druzy, being crystal rather than polished face, is kept for a lift in energy — the pair of them at once.
